Records of damiana's use reach back to Indigenous communities of Mexico and Central America, where the aromatic leaves were brewed as a relaxing cordial long before the plant crossed into global herbal practice.

Its reputation is warmth: a settled, lifted mood that lowers the noise desire has to compete with. It is the finishing note of the women's blend for exactly that reason.
